MY NAME ISGENEVIEVE JUNKOON

I am the founder of All Mediation Works, a professional and independent Mediation Service, currently specialising in Family and Divorce Mediation and Workplace Mediation.

I am an Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer. I have practiced in various legal environments for the last 40 plus years, including Prosecution of Disciplinary matters and Mediation at the Estate Agency Affairs Board and practicing as a Senior Associate (Property) at the Law Firm Routledge Modise (now Hogan Lovells).

I am a firm believer in the value and role of Alternative Dispute Resolution, and more particularly Mediation, as a course of action in matters of conflict and dispute, particularly in Family and Divorce matters and the Workplace.

All Mediation Works is an independent Mediation service, specialising in Workplace Mediation, Family and Divorce Mediation. I have focussed on these areas of specialisation in view of my professional qualifications, expertise and skills base. All Mediation Works provides a Mediator who is an Admitted Attorney and Counsellor, Holding the degrees of: BA LLB (Wits) Hdip Labour Law (RAU) and BA Hons (Psych) (UJ)

My experience in various legal, corporate and Non-Profit environments over the past 40 plus years has equipped me with knowledge and skills that are ideally suited to workplace, Family and Divorce mediation.

I am a member in good standing of the South African Association of Mediators, as well as a counsellor, facilitator and trainer at Lifeline Johannesburg. I mediate from Lifeline Johannesburg, 52 Dalene Road, Bramley, Sandton.
